Die Basis des Ganzen bildet die erste Anlage, die am Meer sein muß, da wir auf einfachste Weise Süßwasser aus Meerwassr gewinnen werden, um es dann für die Aufforstung zu nutzen. Hier wird in relativ kurzer Zeit eine komplette Infrastruktur aufgebaut, die zum Teil transportabel gestaltet wird, um immer weiter ins Hinterland vorzudringen. | "A drop in the ocean can be the beginning of a big rain!"
